Strategic central location, unique Indian restaurant experience, characterful room features
The lack of air conditioning made my stay uncomfortable during warm weather!!! Maintenance seemed slow to address issues, and confusing hallways—along with dodgy water pressure—greatly hindered my overall experience!!!

Convenient central location for exploring the area. |Spacious, clean room for relaxing after a long day.
Access to the room involves navigating confusing hallways with poor lighting. |Unbearable heat made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience, even with a fan running.

The staff were super pleasant. and the location was perfect for easy access to shops and the river. My room was clean with a comfy bed. Continental breakfast was decent, but could have had more options.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The location was perfect for exploring the area. We visited the Museum of Reading and enjoyed the nearby Indian restaurant. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast had a wide selection. Great spot for those attending the Reading Festival or heading to LEGOLAND.
One downside was the heat in the room. it was quite uncomfortable during our stay.

Had a lovely stay with a comfy room and awesome breakfast with tons of options! The cozy lounge and game room were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads-up, though, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but overall, I’d definitely recommend it! 😊

The hotel evokes a unique mix of experiences, notably hindered by the disorienting layout and lack of accessibility. Rooms are poorly maintained, mirroring an unwelcoming atmosphere with furniture seeming decades old. On a brighter note, the availability of a kettle for tea is appreciated, even if the overall cleanliness of the facilities falls short. Breakfast options left much to be desired, highlighting the need for fresher selections and better quality.
